After 10 years in the landscape industry, I realized that Outdoor Living was truly the way for homeowners to enhance the enjoyment of their home. But, when I began designing and installing brick, stone and concrete paver patios, I noticed a huge void in the industry.
Homeowners continually had a difficult time finding a reputable, knowledgeable contractor to bring their patio ideas to fruition. They needed someone to assist in designing their patio. There were very
few plan books or websites available for designing their patio ideas, and most installers did not have a designer onsite. The desire for a stylish, functional patio was often delayed due to frustrations with inexperienced designers or a lack of inspiration.
That’s when I created MyPatioDesign.com. I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to have a fabulous collection of beautiful patio ideas at their fingertips. I wanted the collection to be easily accessible, affordable and the bidding process to be non-intimidating for homeowners. This is why I supply a Material List with every design. A complete Material List makes “apples-to-apples” comparison bidding a breeze.
