Slice your steak in thin strips, or skewer, to get the full benefit of this
flavorful teriyaki marinade.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- Pour marinade over meat and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
- Drain marinade and discard any remaining marinade before use.
- Grill over medium-hot heat, turning often if meat is sliced thin or skewered.
