Kicked Up Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 4 green peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 4 red peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 2 onions sliced into rings
- 6-8 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
Directions
- Place the Italian dressing in a large plastic bag or dish.
- Add corn, onions, peppers and coat thoroughly.
- Seal and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes.
- Drain marinade and discard before use.
- Place all vegetables in a foil pan with holes poked in the bottom or a grill pan.
- Grill for about 30 minutes over medium heat or until corn is tender.
