Kicked Up Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
  • 3 cups Italian dressing
  • 4 green peppers, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 red peppers, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 onions sliced into rings
  • 6-8 ears of corn, husked and cleaned


Directions
  • Place the Italian dressing in a large plastic bag or dish. 
  • Add corn, onions, peppers and coat thoroughly. 
  • Seal and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes.
  • Drain marinade and discard before use. 
  • Place all vegetables in a foil pan with holes poked in the bottom or a grill pan.
  • Grill for about 30 minutes over medium heat or until corn is tender.
