Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 4-6 chicken breasts
Directions
- Brush chicken with soy sauce and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients into a sauce.
- Grill chicken slowly on medium heat.
- Baste chicken often with sauce while grilling.
- Chicken juices should run clear when chicken is completely cooked.
