Q: What specifically will I get when I download a design?
A: All of our dowloads have all the necessary information to construct your patio, select color and pattern options as well as purchase your material. Each download includes:
- Fully Dimensioned Plan View of Patio
- Cross Section Views of Patio
- General Installation Notes
- Material List
- Product Tech Sheets & Color Palettes
- Helpful Installation Tips of Patio and Accessories
Q: How many pages will I need to print all the information?
A: A minimum of 6 pages will be needed for each design, up to 30 depending on the number of accessories that are included.
Q: Can I download more than 1 design?
A: Yes.
Q: What if I have a question?
A: If you have questions regarding how to download your design, please email us with your name and telephone number and a representative will respond. If you've already purchased or are going to purchase a design and would like expert advice regarding installation, please consider our Design Consultation option. You can speak one-on-one with a representative for an additional fee.
Q: Can I choose a different color than what is on the design?
A: Yes. A detailed color palette of available colors specific to each design is provided in your downloaded material. Please choose your colors before placing your order.
Q: Can I get a refund if I don't like my customized design?
A: Due to the nature of this product, we are not able to provide refunds. We offer a large preview of the design as well as the free sample design to assist you in making an informed purchase.
Q: Can I change or alter an existing design?
A: Yes. Simply contact us with your request and we can alter your design for an additional fee. Or you can give your plans to your local designer or contractor and they should be able to assist you with your changes.
Q: Do I have to install this myself or can I give these plans to a contractor to install?
A: Either. If you'd like to install it yourself, please review the material included on our free sample patio on the home page to see if this is a project you are comfortable with. Please keep in mind that additional accessories on the sample design may or may not apply to your project.
